Kevin: "This game was created as a pseudo-sequel to the 1973 film, "The Wicker Man", and should be treated as "fan-fiction". As such, the author of the game holds no copyright over characters and locations from the film used in the game, and therefore gives permission for the game to be distributed for free, and NOT for profit."
