Initially, Ocean made a deal with Konami, choosing their just acquired Imagine label as the publisher for the conversions. However Konami decided later they were going to set up their own label in the UK and do everything themselves, so Ocean had to look elsewhere for future Imagine titles. Konami later realized the error, after the bad reviews for games like Jail Break, Nemesis and Salamander, and closed their UK wing. Salamander ended up becoming the only Konami re-release under the Imagine label.
